Full-stack developer with Next.js

We're looking for a web developer to take over an in-progress internal platform built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, MySQL, and Tailwind. The application includes authenticated, role-based workflows for annotation/case review, evidence capture, API management, and administrative tooling, with integrations around Azure storage and enterprise access control. The next developer should be comfortable working across the full stack: building product features in the frontend, designing and maintaining API routes and database-backed workflows, and improving the overall reliability and structure of a fairly involved business application.
The ideal person is a pragmatic full-stack web developer who can read an existing code-base, ship features without a lot of hand-holding, and clean up rough edges as they go. Experience with Next.js app-router projects, TypeScript-heavy codebases, relational schemas, authentication/authorization, and production deployments is important; experience with Kubernetes, Azure, and internal tools or workflow software is a strong plus. This is a good fit for someone who can balance speed with sound engineering judgment and is comfortable inheriting a real-world project rather than starting from scratch.
