The interviewer primarily focuses on Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on MS SQL / PGSQL DBA experience
• Strong proficiency with SQL Server versions
• Solid understanding of RHEL administration and Linux troubleshooting
• Experience with Bash scripting and automation (Ansible preferred)
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $40– $55/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
