JD:
A Workday Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM,
Finance, Payroll, or cross-module implementations. The PM drives scope,
schedule, budget, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Workday implementation or AMS projects from planning through
go-live and hypercare.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, RAID logs, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HCM, Payroll, Finance,
Integrations, and Reporting.
• Facilitate design workshops, requirements gathering, UAT sessions, and
process reviews.
• Maintain project communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder
expectation management.
• Ensure alignment with Workday roadmap, release cycles, and governance
processes.
Requirements
• Experience managing enterprise-level Workday implementations across
HCM/Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
• Proficiency with PM methodologies (Agile, PMI, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree; PMP or other PM certification preferred."

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $30 – $45/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
