Role- FS .Net Developer Location- Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Must Have skills: Asp.net, .Net framework MVC Web API Onshore Experience 5-10 years of hands-on full stack development experience. Role Summary- We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work directly with product/business stakeholders, deliver with minimal guidance, and proactively drive solutions end to end from UI through APIs, services, and data layers. Key Responsibilities- • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET / .NET Core and modern web patterns. • Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. • Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code. • Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed. • Develop modern UI experiences using Blazor (listed internally as Blazer/Blazor ). • Implement asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows using RabbitMQ and ensure reliable integrations. • Work with MongoDB for NoSQL persistence and validation as required. • Collaborate closely with product/business teams to refine requirements and translate them into working software increments. • Participate in code reviews, improve engineering standards, and contribute to delivery predictability and quality. Required Technical Skills- • .NET Framework, .NET Core ASP.NET, MVC, Web API Design Patterns (SOLID, layered architecture, etc.) Entity Framework Blazor (spelled Blazer in some internal material). • RabbitMQ MongoDB Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI/API/data layers. Behavioral / Professional Skills (Must Have)- • Able to work directly with the product business team with strong communication and stakeholder handling. • Zero hand holding required: independently drives tasks to closure, seeks answers proactively, and raises risks early. • Highly proactive: proposes solutions, clarifies ambiguities, and unblocks self and others. • Strong ownership, accountability, and bias for action. • Experience with .NET Framework • Hands-on experience in MVC and Web API development Knowledge of databases such as Sybase Or SQL Server. • Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis Experience with CI/CD pipelines. • Proficiency in Git version control Awareness in Angular is a plus Awareness of new AI tools for developments In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $30 – $45/hr.
