We are sourcing for a Technical Lead/Sr Software Engineer role located at Philadelphia, PA (5 Day onsite) and it is a long-term contract for at least 12 months and can be extended further as well. Role : Technical Lead/Sr Software Engineer Location : Philadelphia, PA (5 Day onsite) Duration: 12+ Month Skill : python, solution architecture, microservices, distributed system design Mandatory Skills: Python, Java, SpringBoot, Kafka, AWS Preferred Skills (Preferred Experience): AI/ML, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD Required Experience & Technical Skills: • 8+ years of overall software development experience • 2-4 years in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role • Hands-on experience in Python for backend development • Experience in Java, preferably using Spring Boot and Microservices • Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs • Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems principles • Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS, etc.) • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production environments • Experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as Kibana / ELK • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Understanding of data structures, performance tuning, and system scalability • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Comfortable collaborating with distributed and cross-functional teams • Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI integrations In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50 – $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
