Role Summary
The AI Automation Consulting Lead will work closely with business stakeholders to understand current process pain points, identify opportunities for AI‑driven automation, and translate ideas into tangible outcomes. This role requires a strong blend of consulting mindset, hands‑on AI/ML skills, and the ability to rapidly build and demonstrate POCs that can be scaled into enterprise‑grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business teams to understand existing processes, challenges, and inefficiencies.
- Identify and prioritize AI‑infused automation opportunities with clear business value.
- Design, build, and demonstrate working AI/ML POCs tailored to specific business use cases.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to refine solutions and define scale‑up approach.
- Support transition from POC to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adoption.
- Articulate solution value, outcomes, and ROI clearly to business stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience working in a consulting or advisory role, engaging directly with business teams.
- Hands‑on experience designing and delivering AI/ML‑based automation solutions in prior engagements.
- Strong understanding of process automation, data flows, and system integration.
- Experience building rapid POCs using AI/ML, GenAI, or Intelligent Automation technologies.
- Ability to bridge business problems and technical solutions with clear communication.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling POCs to enterprise deployments.
- Exposure to multiple industries or complex enterprise processes.
- Familiarity with responsible AI and enterprise governance considerations.
