Job Description:
Looking for a highly skilled PeopleSoft Financials Developer with extensive techno-functional expertise to design, develop, and maintain complex custom "Bolt-on" application modules. Minimum 5-8 years of PeopleSoft FSCM development experience. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with PeopleTools 8.61 and comprehensive knowledge of core FSCM delivered modules, with a specific focus on end-to-end Treasury and banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, Maintain and Enhance Custom Module Development: Lead the full lifecycle development of custom Bolt-on applications, including creating and maintaining records, pages, components, and menus to extend PeopleSoft functionality.
- Techno-Functional Balance: Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design specifications.
- Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Treasury, GL, AP, AR, BI, and PO workflow
- Functional Configuration: Perform setup and configuration for delivered modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing (BI), General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), and Treasury.
- Treasury & Bank Integration: Manage end-to-end Treasury processes, including bank statement processing, payment file generation (EDI/XML), and direct integration with banking partners.
- Technical Development: Write and optimize complex PeopleCode, develop Application Engine programs for batch processing, and build robust Component Interfaces (CI) for data integration.
- Integration & Reporting: Configure Integration Broker for real-time messaging between systems and develop advanced reports using BI Publisher, PS Query, and nVision layouts.
- Security & Administration: Design and maintain PeopleSoft Security, including custom permission lists, roles, and user profiles, while ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Chartfield Management: Handle complex setup and maintenance of Chartfields, including combo edit rules and trees to ensure financial data integrity.
- Data Management: Utilize Data Workbench and Data Mover for migrations, environment refreshes, and data integrity audits.
Required Technical Skills:
- PeopleTools: Expert-level proficiency in PeopleTools 8.61 (Application Designer, Build components/pages/records/views).
- Programming: Advanced PeopleCode, Application Packages, and SQL performance tuning.
- Reporting Tools: Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, nVision, and PS Query.
- Integration: Proven experience with Integration Broker (REST/SOAP), File Layouts, and Component Interfaces.
