Grain Trading CTRM Implementation

The Opportunity

Join a transformational D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementation for a leading grain trading company. You'll architect the complete technical solution integrating D365 with CTRM, design integrations for 15+ external systems, and lead a cross-functional team to modernize a $500M+ grain trading operation.

This is a rare opportunity to work on both cutting-edge Microsoft technology AND a fascinating industry vertical (grain & agriculture) at an enterprise scale.

What You'll Do

Lead technical architecture for D365 F&SCM + CTRM platform:

Design complete technical architecture (Infrastructure, Integration, Application, Presentation layers)
Integration strategy for 15+ external systems (weighbridges, lab equipment, rail EDI, market data feeds, trading platforms)
Solution design documents (HLD, LLD), architecture decision records (ADRs)
Performance/scalability architecture (2,500+ scale tickets/hour requirement)
Security architecture (users, Azure AD SSO, RBAC, data encryption)
Present to steering committee and C-suite executives
Mentor offshore technical team, conduct code reviews
Technical risk management and mitigation strategies

Must-Have Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

15+ years implementing enterprise ERP systems
5+ full lifecycle D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations
Deep D365 Finance: GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting (WAC critical), Financial Reporting
Deep D365 SCM: WMS, TMS, Production Control, Quality Management, Inventory Management
Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse
Azure Cloud: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Data Factory, Synapse, DevOps

Technical Skills:

Enterprise integration architecture (APIs, EDI, event-driven patterns)
Solution design documentation (HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams)
Performance optimization and scalability design
Azure security (Azure AD, RBAC, Key Vault, encryption)
CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices

Soft Skills:

Executive presence (present to C-suite, board members)
Client-facing consulting leadership (manage stakeholder expectations, scope)
Team leadership (mentor developers, lead technical workstreams)
Self-starter, strategic thinker, problem-solver

Strong Plus (Nice to Have - NOT Required)

Grain/Commodity Trading Experience:

Prior work at grain trading companies (ADM, Cargill, Bunge, CHS, cooperatives)
Understanding of CBOT futures, basis trading, hedging strategies
Familiarity with grain elevator operations, rail logistics, vessel charters
Commodity accounting concepts (Mark-to-Market, dual-book, hedge accounting)
DycoTrade CTRM or similar platforms (Agiblocks, Amphora, Allegro, Openlink, RightAngle, Levridge)

D365 expertise is the foundation - grain knowledge is the bonus.

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (MB-330)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
TOGAF or Zachman Enterprise Architecture certification
PMP or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
