Job Title : Oracle ERP Cloud Consultant
Location : Louisville, KY (hybrid)
Duration : 12+ Months
Job Description:
Techno Functional Oracle ERP Architect with strong expertise across Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and technical integration frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, and deliver both functional and technical components.
Experience Required
- 5+ years as an ERP or Solution Architect
- 5+ years with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle OIC, and Oracle EBS
- 3+ years techno functional experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, including:
o GL, AR, AP, FA, AHCS, Oracle Projects, and related financial web services
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of finance and project accounting business processes
- Ability to lead requirement workshops, gather business needs, and define functional specs
- Knowledge of fit-gap analysis, solution design, and best practices for Oracle Financials
- Experience reviewing and validating FDDs, process flows, and end-to-end solution designs
Technical Skills
- Expertise in data migration: FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, spreadsheets
- Experience with OIC, PaaS extensions, VBCS, and ERP Cloud integrations
- Strong reporting skills: OTBI, BI Publisher, and data models
- Hands-on design and development of integrations, extensions, and financial interfaces
- Ability to review and author TDDs, technical architecture, and integration specs
Additional Expectations
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to troubleshoot across functional and technical areas
- Experience supporting full project lifecycle—design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize
