Job Summary:
Production Support Batch Operations
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
- BAU (Batch monitoring/Analysis/Adhoc requests/Batch optimization/INC's closure/On-demand or Suppression Of Data/Weekend Manual Activity).
- Need to take initiative across applications if any issue found and raise Jira to DEV team to mitigating issues.
- Need to take initiative across applications in discussing with DEV team regarding issues and for optimizing issues.
- Deployment related Manifest validation and providing signoff across multiple ASG applications.
- Need to Work on Key points and Bulk activities for weekend deployment related. Validation and execution of deployment activities during weekend/weekdays.
- Need to take care of PMH and DQ PURGE activity.
- Need to take care of Lapt statement (monthly statement) date target load and syncing data to other multiple DB.
- Need to plan and perform smoke test/validation for DB patch/infrapatch/ETL-SERVER/DB upgrade/DB Swing/NAS migration/Autosys upgrade etc., for infra/DB related health checks.
- Need to set up manifest call for weekly changes/deployments.
- Need to set up stand up call for daily basis.

- BE/B Tech/MCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong experience in Investment Management. Understanding trade life cycle
- Engage with existing PMO team/leadership and aligned Program Managers to understand the existing framework and processes of the Technology PMO.
- Manage "end of day" Batch incidents - partnership with application development and operational support partners
- Impact analysis of job abends – root case analysis
- Manage overall delays to the IM critical milestones, case of failures and notification to downstream teams
- Recovery instructions job and/or batch abends (mainframe and distributed)
- Communications on incidents greater than severity S5
- Continuous focus on identifying and implementing opportunities to drive better efficiencies
- Monitor critical milestone completion timelines and track any unexplained deviations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
