1. Candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in
Genesys in the member and provider contact center
2. Candidate should have strong handson PO experience in member and
provider contact center area.
3. Candidate should have strong knowledge and work experience on the
latest capabilities offered by Genesys.

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Candidate should have stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
2. Candidate should have strong experience of Genesys contact center workflows
