Job Title: Cognos Reporting Developer ( with Finance domain experience)
Location: NYC, NU, Hybrid
Duration: 6-12+ months
Rate: $65/hr. - $70/hr.
Key Responsibilities and Skills: 10+ years of experience required.
- Data Modeling: Extensive use of IBM Cognos Framework Manager to create physical, business, and presentation layers.
- Report Development: Developing complex reports (List, Cross-tab, Chart) using Report Studio/Cognos Analytics.
- SQL Proficiency: Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, joins, and stored procedures for performance tuning.
- Dashboarding: Creating interactive dashboards and scorecards for data visualization.
- Performance Tuning: Optimizing report performance and ensuring data accuracy.
- Security & Governance: Implementing data security, user permissions, and report governance.
