Role: Senior Project Manager with Merger & Acquisition
Locations: Whippany, NJ/ Wilmington, DE (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or
candidates from adjacent states only.

Summary:
• The Project Manager manages and delivers all aspects of projects.
• This person is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from
project initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including scope, schedule,
budget, resources, quality and risk to ensure successful delivery.
• Proactively manage assigned projects to ensure milestones are achieved
within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing
communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change,
removing roadblocks, and resolving conflicts.
• Create initial project budget and seek funding approval following the
company's capital funding process.
• Manage internal and external suppliers, stakeholders, and customer
relationships.
• Participate with management and other PMs in establishing best
practices in project management methods and tools.

Required Skills/ Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business,
systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as Project Manager with at least
3 years of experience in Merger & Acquisition
• Strong recent experience in Banking/ Financial domain.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile/Scrum best practices.
• PMP and SCM certification a plus.
• Proven ability to lead groups, manage project deliverables, and
maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrated skills with project management tools. MS Office,
expertise with Excel, Visio.
• Demonstrated expertise with various industry PM methodologies
including AGILE and Waterfall.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation,
and negotiation.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $40 – $50/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
