Location- 100% remote

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with deep
expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights within
the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will
lead architecture, integration, and implementation efforts across
enterprise healthcare payer platforms while enabling unified member
engagement and analytics capabilities.
This role requires strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with
Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and core healthcare payer systems, while
leveraging Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and healthcare
interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights within Microsoft
Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H).
• Lead architecture and integrations across Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud
CX, Snowflake, and healthcare payer systems including claims,
utilization management (UM), provider, and care management platforms.
• Build and enable a unified Member 360 and Customer Insights ecosystem
for enhanced member engagement and analytics.
• Implement data integrations using Dataverse, Virtual Tables, and
real-time data integration patterns.
• Develop integration frameworks leveraging Azure Integration Services
(Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory) and API Management.
• Enable automation and analytics using Power Platform (Power Apps,
Power Automate, Power BI) and AI/Copilot capabilities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, security, and governance across all
environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and environment governance using Azure
DevOps.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align Dynamics 365
solutions with payer digital transformation strategy.
• Work within Agile / SAFe frameworks to deliver scalable, high-quality
enterprise solutions.

Required Technical Skills
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer
Service, Customer Insights).
• Strong experience with Dataverse, Dataverse Virtual Tables, and
real-time integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) data model and
accelerators.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with Dynamics 365 for
omnichannel engagement.
• Proven expertise designing Customer Insights – Snowflake integrations
for real-time data unification and analytics.
• Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate,
Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services:
o Logic Apps
o Service Bus
o Azure Data Factory
o API Management
• Familiarity with FHIR APIs, HL7 integration, and healthcare
interoperability standards.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment
governance.

Domain Experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer systems and processes,
including:
o Claims
o Utilization Management (UM)
o Care Management
o Provider Data


In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $30 – $45/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
