Inc. We are sourcing for an Nexthink SME role located at 100% Remote
(Client is in EST) and it is a long-term contract for at least 12 months
and can be extended further as well.

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of the Nexthink suite, including Nexthink Workspace
Analytics, Nexthink Cloud, and related components.
• Adhering to security best practices in the administration of Nexthink
to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of monitoring data.
• Working collaboratively with other IT teams to integrate Nexthink with
other systems and tools.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
frameworks.
• Utilize automation tools and frameworks to design, implement, and
manage automated workflows across the IT infrastructure.
• Streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring consistency, reliability, and
scalability through automation.
• Lead efforts to identify, evaluate, and implement automation
opportunities within the organization.
• Strong documentation skills for recording configurations, procedures,
and issue resolutions.
• Proficiency in administering Windows Server and/or desktop operating
systems.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability in solution designing and architecting.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional
teams.
• Continuous learning and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Nexthink SME supports the XMO team with his IT expertise and Nexthink
Tool knowledge.
Main activities include:
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance analysis
• Experience with Nexthink or similar performance monitoring tools
• Excellent technical and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and potential
issues.
In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $50 – $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
