- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, SDLC, Waterfall.
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart.
- Airline Domain Systems: Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Reservation Systems, Ticketing Systems, Airline Operations Platforms.
