Role: Performance Test Lead

Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote



Job description:

Technical Skills:

5–10+ years of hands-on experience in LoadRunner, including:
Controller / Performance Center / LRE, LoadRunner Analysis.



Strong experience in:

Leading performance Testing on a program
Performance Requirement gathering and analysis
Coordination with multiple workstream on a program
Coordination with offshore
Performance engineering and tuning
HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, microservices, client-server architecture
SQL queries and database performance analysis
Linux/Unix commands and server performance monitoring

Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus. SAP ECC
to SAP S4 Migration project.



Key Responsibilities:

Performance Testing using LoadRunner

Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner
Build and execute test scenarios
Conduct load, stress, spikes, endurance, volume, and scalability
tests.



Performance Engineering & Analysis

Monitor application and server performance during tests using:
LoadRunner Analysis
APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic)
System monitors (CPU, memory, threads, DB metrics)



Analyze performance test results to identify:

Response time degradation
Memory/CPU bottlenecks
Threading or connection issues
Database slow queries

Test Strategy, Planning & Documentation
Determine performance test scope, workloads, and SLAs.



In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $60 – $65/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation
