Role: Pega Lead Business Analyst (Pega LBA) - CGEMJP00330572
Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview Highly Preferred for Local Candidates

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or
candidates from adjacent states only.

Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects in Banking Capital
Markets and Insurance focusing on Constellation UX and modular design
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business
requirements reflect domain specific needs such as regulatory compliance
financial product workflows and insurance processing
• Define and document functional specifications process flows and data
mappings tailored to BCM and Insurance operations
• Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and enterprise integration
standards across financial and insurance systems
• Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with a strong
understanding of domain specific KPIs and SLAs

Required Experience and Skills:
• 10 years of business analysis experience with 3 years in Pega projects
• Pega Business Architect certification required
• Strong understanding of Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX
• Experience working with Common Data Model and integration requirements
• Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management
skills.
