About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to design,
develop, and maintain scalable, secure microservices using Spring Boot.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,
participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring adherence to
best practices in coding, testing, security, and deployment within a
cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable Spring Boot microservices with clean,
maintainable, and secure code
Design and implement RESTful APIs following microservices
architecture principles
Implement complex business logic with strong unit and integration
test coverage
Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and
technical decision-making
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities (e.g., Veracode
findings, OWASP guidelines)
Collaborate with DevOps teams for Kubernetes-based containerized
deployments
Work within Agile/Scrum teams and deliver high-quality solutions
within committed timelines

Mandatory Skills:

Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture and REST API
development
Unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito (high test
coverage)
Knowledge of secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation
(Veracode, OWASP)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments,
Services)
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and JSON data handling
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Basic working knowledge of React

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS cloud services
Event-driven architecture using Kafka (producers/consumers)
API automation testing using Karate
CI/CD tools such as Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
