located at Buffalo, NY and it's a long-term contract with possible
extensions.

Role: GCP DevOps Engineer
Locations: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or
candidates from adjacent states only.

Technology: GCP Core Services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud
Functions, Cloud Logging and Monitoring), Python, Terraform,
Airflow/Composer.

Job Description:

Build, deploy, and maintain GCP infrastructure using best practices
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure
deployments
Automate cloud provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform /
Deployment Manager)
Support Dev, Test, and Production environments with high availability
and reliability
Manage and support GCP services across environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform and pipeline issues
Perform routine platform operations such as upgrades, patching, and key
rotation
Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for cloud workloads
Support cloud migration activities (re‑host, re‑platform, refactor)
Assist application teams with onboarding and DevOps enablement
Collaborate with architects, developers, and security teams
Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, DNS, load balancers, VPNs, and IAM
Enforce security best practices including least privilege access and
service accounts
Support governance, compliance, and access provisioning for teams

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $50 – $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
