Job Description:
The Product SME Business Analyst serves as the subject-matter expert for
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, bridging business needs and
technical delivery. This role partners with architects, and delivery
teams to define, refine, and prioritize DAM capabilities that enable
scalable, governed, and user-centric digital asset management.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary SME for AEM Assets, advising on DAM capabilities,
configurations, and best practices.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
related to asset ingestion, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, permissions,
and distribution.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria,
and product backlog items.
• Collaborate with product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams to
support solution design and delivery.
• Support UAT, defect triage, and release readiness; validate delivered
functionality against business expectations.
• Provide stakeholder guidance on AEM Assets features, enhancements, and
roadmap considerations.

Qualifications
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst supporting
digital platforms, preferably DAM or content management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Content Hub.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with product backlogs
and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $50 – $60/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
