Role: AEM Developer
Locations: New York, NY (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract







Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or
candidates from adjacent states only.



Role Overview:

The Adobe Experience Manager Specialist at C2 level is responsible for
designing developing and delivering high quality AEM based digital
solutions for financial services and insurance clients
The role requires strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager
deep understanding of digital experience platforms and the ability to
work with business and technology teams to implement scalable and secure
customer facing solutions


Key Responsibilities:

Solution design and development:

Design and implement AEM components templates workflows and integrations
following industry and organizational best practices
Develop scalable front end and back end modules for content management
and digital experience delivery
Ensure AEM solutions are aligned with functional requirements customer
experience goals and branding standards
Content management and platform engineering:

Support authoring teams with efficient content structures reusable
components and intuitive authoring workflows
Optimize performance accessibility and security of AEM sites and
integrations
Collaborate in configuring AEM Cloud or on premise environments
including dispatcher caching rules and deployment processes
Integration and quality assurance:

Integrate AEM with analytics marketing automation APIs and enterprise
systems as needed
Support testing cycles by ensuring stable components resolving defects
and validating integrated user journeys
Client and stakeholder collaboration:

Work with business analysts UX teams architects and QA engineers to
translate business needs into technical solutions
Provide guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and
best practice enforcement
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide clear status updates risk
identification and mitigation recommendations
Continuous improvement:

Identify enhancement opportunities in content architecture workflows and
development processes
Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities and contribute to
capability development within the practice


Required Skills and Experience:

Technical skills:

Strong hands on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager including
component development Sling models JCR structures workflows templates
and dispatcher concepts
Experience in front end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and
integration with AEM front end layers
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe
Analytics Adobe Target and related marketing tools
Knowledge of REST integrations content modeling cloud readiness and
performance optimization
Domain and methodology:

Understanding of insurance processes such as policy billing claims and
customer journey workflows
Knowledge of SDLC Agile delivery methods CI CD pipelines and secure
coding practices
Professional skills:

Strong communication analytical thinking and problem solving
Ability to collaborate with distributed teams and manage deliverables
independently
Capability to work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting
oriented environment






In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range
for this role is $60 – $65/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience
and interview evaluation.
