Sr Workday Integration Analyst
Terms: 6+ month contract (looking to convert)
Schedule: Remote

Position Overview:
The Workday Integration Sr Analyst will demonstrate high proficiency in system knowledge, process analysis, development abilities and communication with leadership. They will be responsible for leading HCM integration development projects and ensuring our Talent Technology tools are sending and receiving accurate data with both internal RSM partners and vendors. This role will build positive relationships with partners and vendors to understand needs and provide insight and recommendations in the design, development, and automation of data flows to maximize productivity and efficiency and support organizational objectives. This individual will demonstrate expertise in gathering requirements for integrations and applications, design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience including Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate technical terms to business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification highly desired.
