Location: Dallas, TX (Local candidates only)
Key Skills & Experience:
- Deep expertise in data architecture and cloud data platforms (Snowflake)
- Strong hands-on experience with DBT, Airflow, Matillion, SnapLogic
- Proven experience in data governance and lineage tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica)
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Understanding of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business processes – property, facility, and project management
- Experience defining data architecture blueprints, metadata management, and data quality frameworks
Experience: 12+ years in data and solution architecture, with at least 3 years as an Enterprise Architect
