Job Description:

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in QA, data validation, or related technical roles, with
proven success in leading validation efforts as a senior individual
contributor.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks
(PyTest, WebdriverIO, Mocha, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience testing data pipelines, APIs, and analytics
workflows in CI/CD environments.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate
technical results in clear business terms.

• Proven ability to influence peers and lead initiatives without
formal authority.Interested in management track

Preferred Experience

• Expertise in data visualization and QA dashboards (Tableau, OpenSearch).

• Experience testing across connected devices (iOS, Android, Roku,
Apple TV, SamsungTV).

• Familiarity with Git, YAML, and data governance frameworks.

• Exposure to AI- or ML-based validation and automation tools.

• Interest in developing leadership and mentoring skills, with a
long-term goal of growing into a management role.
