Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Washington, DC (Onsite)

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM, and SPM. You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the modules listed above.
· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.
· Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.
· Demonstrated knowledge of service management processes, procedures, and software, and including knowledge of ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
· Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
· Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
· Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
· Designs and develops new software products or major enhancements to existing software.
· Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
· Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
· Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management.
· Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools.
· Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
· Acts as team leader on projects.
· Instructs, assigns, directs, and checks the work of other software developers on the development team.
· Participates in the development of software user manuals.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
· ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is highly desired
