We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developers with a strong hands-on background in frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, high-performance, and maintainable web applications using React.js, Hooks, and modern frontend architecture principles. You will lead the frontend architecture strategy, mentor developers, and contribute directly to code development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the architecture of complex React applications.
- Design and implement reusable component libraries using functional components and Hooks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to frontend developers.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in frontend technologies and incorporate them into the architecture roadmap.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.
- Experience designing and developing scalable frontend architectures.
- Hands-on experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
- Expertise in responsive design,
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Webpack, Babel, and frontend build pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
