C2C-In Person Interview- Java React Developer-Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite)-Locals Only

My name is Chandan and I am a Recruitment Manager from Empower
Professionals Inc. We are sourcing for a Java React Developer role
located at Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite) and it's a long-term contract
with possible extensions.

Role: Java React Developer

Locations: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview is must



Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or
candidates from adjacent states only.



Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain responsive web applications with a
strong focus on frontend development using Reactjs
Build and integrate backend services using Java Spring Boot
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and deliver
new features
Write clean scalable and maintainable code across the stack
Optimize application performance quality and responsiveness
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
Debug and resolve technical issues across frontend and backend
components
Stay current with emerging technologies frameworks and best
practices



Required Skills Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
3 years of handson experience in frontend development using Reactjs
2 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring
Boot
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficiency in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Familiarity with CICD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases eg MySQL MongoDB
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills



Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Exposure to AgileScrum development methodologies
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit Jest or Cypress
