Role: SAP Cutover Manager (CGEMJP00312065)

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Tampa, FL (Fully Onsite)





Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to manage and execute
cutover activities for our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations,
particularly in S/4HANA, and a proven track record of leading complex
cutover planning and execution across multiple business units and
geographies.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end cutover planning and execution for
SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield).

• Develop and maintain detailed cutover plans, runbooks,
and checklists in collaboration with functional, technical, and business
teams.

• Coordinate mock cutovers, dry runs, and go-live
rehearsals to validate readiness.

• Facilitate cutover workshops and readiness assessments
with stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment of cutover activities with data
migration, infrastructure, and business continuity plans.

• Manage cutover command center during go-live and
hypercare phases.

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
related to cutover.

• Provide post-go-live support and transition to operations
teams.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle
implementations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cutover Lead in
S/4HANA projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP,
etc.) and technical landscapes.

• Experience with data migration, system integration, and
infrastructure coordination.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and
leadership skills.

• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Excel, SAP Solution
Manager, and JIRA.
