Role: Agile PM + Scrum Master (10555910)

Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint
Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) ensuring Scrum principles are
followed.

· Act as a people manager and mentor for team members,
supporting career growth, feedback, and performance discussions.

· Oversee onsite-offshore coordination, ensuring smooth
communication, clear expectations, and proper handoffs across time
zones.

· Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery
timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

· Provide regular status updates (daily/weekly) to
stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies.

· Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and
cross-functional teams to refine backlog and define clear deliverables.

· Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and conflicts
proactively.

· Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile delivery,
quality, and release management.

· Drive continuous improvement and build a collaborative,
high-performing team culture.



Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or related field.

· Experience managing onsite-offshore coordination across time
zones.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proven ability to provide concise and clear status updates
to leadership.

· Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)

· Ability to identify process improvements and coach teams
towards maturity in Agile practices.



Preferred Skills:

· Experience in Retail / POS / Payments domain .

· Experience handling multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
