Position Overview (full JD in Files):
As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will identify and deliver automation solutions designed to ensure high availability and resiliency using your expertise in software development, complexity analysis, and scalable system design. The CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) and EC (Enterprise Correspondence) Systems include multiple components and integrations that require monitoring and tracking. The team is looking to add an additional SRE to the team to help with the process of observability, monitoring, and alerting with other SRE principles.

Top Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Development (C#, Java, .NET)
- 4+ years of experience in Test Automation
- 3+ years of experience in Web Development
- Strong cloud experience using Azure, Terraform, and Devops
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelining
Preferred:
- Strong experience defining and implementing SLIs/SLOs
- Experience working with Splunk for SLI/SLO compliance
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management
