Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
· SAP UAT (management)lead who will interact with client teams to guide them in SAP Testing process.
· To set the testing processes and making sure team adhere to the process standards. Govern, monitor and report the project stat progress.
· Strong Exp in SAP
· Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.
· Strong experience identifying test cases, writing test cases and performing manual testing
· Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
· Retail or Online Store background
· Good team and people skills
· Excellent oral/written communication skills
· Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
· Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
· Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
· Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
· Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
Required Skills/Qualifications
· Mandatory skills* SAP Testing experience and good overall SAP
· Exceptional project management skills, PMP certification Preferred.
· Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementation
· Knowledge of core Client submissions / processing capabilities and architecture preferred
· Experience working with Client Technologies and Business partners
· Strong communication, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skills
· Strong results orientation with the ability to effectively assess and manage risks, issues, budgets, timelines and scope
· Ability to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to quality
· Working knowledge of Quality Center and experience leading UAT activities
· Experience in creation of training materials and delivery of training preferred
