We are currently sourcing profiles for the below urgent role. Please note that we are strictly looking for candidates who are local to Dallas, Texas. Profiles outside of Dallas or non-local candidates will not be considered.

Role: Data Architect
Location: Dallas, TX (Local Candidates Only – No Exceptions)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 15–18 years of progressive experience in data engineering and/or data architecture
- Minimum 5 years in a lead architect role for large-scale enterprise systems
- Strong experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions
- Experience leading or contributing to data platform modernization (preferably cloud migration)
- Expertise in Advanced SQL queries
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SnapLogic or Informatica
- 5+ years of practical experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake
- 5+ years working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services
- 2–3 years of experience with scripting languages like Python
- 3–5 years of experience with dbt (highly desirable)
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex data solutions, including MDM systems and modern data platforms
- Broad understanding of architecture domains, MDM best practices, and emerging data technologies
- Strong leadership in technology planning and delivery, particularly in MDM and modernization projects
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Exposure to OpenAI and Machine Learning is a plus
