Job Title : GIS ESRI Developer

Location : Remote Opportunity

Duration : 12+ months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Esri Field Maps / Arcade Developer to join our team to design, develop, and maintain mobile field mapping applications and smart forms using Esri Field Maps and Arcade scripting. This role will support GIS-based field data collection workflows, improve location intelligence, and streamline operations for our clients in the utility, infrastructure, and public sector domains.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in Esri platform, with hands-on experience in Field Maps and ArcGIS Online / Enterprise.
Proficiency in Arcade scripting for smart forms, expressions, labeling, and conditional logic.
Strong understanding of GIS data models, geodatabases, and spatial data management.
Experience working with mobile data collection workflows in field environments.
Familiarity with ArcGIS web maps, layers, feature services, and symbology rules.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, and refine field data workflows in live environments.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
