Position Overview:
Client is undergoing a major transformation to modernize its technology infrastructure/architecture. Rather than retrofitting the existing architecture, the decision has been made to rebuild the platform from the ground up. The good news: a foundational platform already exists—now it needs to be fully developed and scaled. The ideal candidate will help ensure the current system remains stable and performant during the transition period, while also playing a key role in scaling the UI/UX layer and contributing to architectural design decisions for the future solution
This initiative includes a complete rewrite of Client IT stack, leveraging a modern AWS-based SaaS architecture to support future growth and innovation.
Top Skills:
- 5+ years' experience Architecting & developing reusable front-end web applications (Using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
- Hands on experience with React and Angular for Front-end framework (will be moving towards react)
- Prior experience Leveraging user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform UI design decisions, optimize user flows, and continuously improve interface performance based on real-world data.
- Prior experience leveraging AI Assistant tools to enhance work productivity (Windsurf for example)

- How do you ensure cross-browser compatibility and test your interfaces across different browsers and devices?
