Technical lead with DO 178B,C++,functional testing: embedded software

Job Summary
The Technical lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and testing of embedded software, with a specific focus on DO 178B compliance. The role will involve leading a team in ensuring the quality and functionality of embedded software through rigorous testing procedures. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of embedded software projects
2. Ensure compliance with do 178b standards throughout the software development lifecycle
3. Conduct functional testing to validate the performance and reliability of embedded software
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate software components into embedded systems
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
6. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing software development processes
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in embedded software projects

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in do 178b guidelines and compliance requirements
2. Strong programming skills in c++
3. Experience in functional testing of embedded software
4. Knowledge of real-time operating systems and embedded systems design
5. Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
