Key Responsibilities & Skills
· Planning, designing, installing, and maintaining MuleSoft software.
· Performing system restarts, patching, and hotfixes.
· Monitoring performance, logs, server health, and API assets.
· Managing infrastructure and platform stability.
· Creating and maintaining system documentation.
· User support and troubleshooting.
Salesforce Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
· Administer and configure Salesforce instances.
· Create reports and dashboards for SalesOps and business teams.
· Manage data integrity and perform quality checks.
· Respond to user support requests and test new features.
· Integrate Salesforce with MuleSoft and other platforms.
· User support and troubleshooting.
Combined Role – Integration & Collaboration:
· Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
· Managing API gateways and ensuring secure, scalable integrations.
· Supporting cloud migration and cost optimization initiatives.
Skills
DevOps Tools:
· Rally, JIRA, Jenkins, GITHub, XL Deploy, JFrog Repo
Monitoring Tools:
· Dynatrace, Elastic APM, HPPM, AE Log viewer, AES, Splunk, Grafana, ECG
Web Servers:
· Tomcat, JBoss
OpenShift Platforms:
· Origin, Container Platforms, Azure, Kubernetes
Databases:
· Microsoft SQL, Oracle 10g, MYSQL
Hardware / Platforms:
· Windows 2000/2007, 2010 UNIX
IDE/Tools:
· Anypoint-studio, Anypoint platform
Security Requirements
As part of the responsibilities, the MuleSoft and Salesforce Administrator will also be required to handle security requirements, including: - Vulnerability patching - Upgrading systems to address security vulnerabilities
