Must to have: The IT Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Team is focused on IT integrations across all of clients project . The team is looking for an IT Project Manager to oversee various IT integration projects of complex nature. This includes managing all IT integration components-Infrastructure, IT Operating model, IT enterprise services, equipment decommissioning, etc. As well as coordinating asset inventory assessments and assisting IT Integration strategy and planning. in the
The IT Project Manager works across various stakeholders and develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project (needs to be in MS Project). Often actively manages stakeholder partnerships and mitigates risks. Familiar with the Integration scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. When managing integrations, oversees the interdependencies and integration of interrelated projects, and sets strategies deliver longer and program execution to term business value
Con possesses specialized knowledge of information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.
Other role details - role is remote, onshore (USA), works east coast hours.
