Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Power BI and Tableau
- Strong data modeling expertise for reporting and data warehouses
- Tableau Server Management (install/configure/administer)
- Proficient in DAX, Power Query, and SQL
- Solid understanding of BI processes, ETL, and data security
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
