Title: Dynatrace Consultant
Location: New York, NY / Jersy city, NJ / Toronto, CA
Duration: Long-term Contract

Job Description:
- Perform planning, consulting, technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and daily support of application monitoring and automation software
- Develops and implements policies, strategies, guidelines, standards, and procedures
- Define strategy and roadmap for Dynatrace monitoring, including rollout approach based on technology landscape and customer policies
- Design Dynatrace monitoring architecture based on IT landscape, security policies, and deployment approach
- Experience in designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS, Dynatrace One Agent, and Active Gate.
- Should have worked extensively in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APM tools
- Application performance management Tool: Dynatrace (One Agent, Enterprise Synthetic script).
- Good to have knowledge of Python and NodeJS.
- Experience in gathering requirements from the application owners, analyzing the requirements and
- Implement monitoring using OneAgent on the requisite servers.
- Understanding the discovered application process/services and is responsible for configuring the same.
- Work with the application team to understand the critical transactions and develop dashboards for the same.
- Worked on customizing the Anomaly detection rule and setup alerting profile for each application to send the notification to the application users.
- Worked on creating/setup detection rule for log file which are discovered by OneAgent.
- Worked on integrating of tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent will be preferable.
- Creating a management zone for each application and assigning respective users to the management zone to view their application details.
- Tool management and administration
- Troubleshoot with DT support closely to fix any issues faced in the application over calls.
- Good Knowledge of Dynatrace Extensions development.
- Dynatrace Pro Certification would be an added advantage
