Mainframe with Cards experience .
Location - Brookfield WI, Hybrid model
The position calls for broad knowledge and experience in Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, DB2) and CI/CD.
Strong functional knowledge in Cards or Banking domain. Experience in Batch and online environment. Experience in application support and maintenance. Experience in requirement gathering, estimation and design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying root cause of issues or problems.
The beneficiary has experience of 7-10 years in the industry working on Mainframes - Cards portfolio conversion will be a plus. Proficient in analyzing and translating functional requirements to technical design. Sound Mainframe technical skills and Good understanding on Cards domainFunctionality. Excellent problem-solving skills, good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Extremely self-motivated, quick learner, team player. Experience in Global work model (offshore & onsite).
