Job Title: ADAS/AD QA Engineer

Responsibilities
· The primary responsibility of this role is to perform the testing of Automated Driving Systems, Infrastructure communication and platform services.
· Testing will require data collection and analysis related to items such as networking, perception, mapping, localization, and vehicle system control.
· Perform defined testing workflow, develops evaluation protocols, sets up data acquisition equipment, gathers data, analyzes, and visualizes recorded and simulated data.
· Documents test protocols, and results. Prepares and maintains evaluation processes and check sheets. Collects information to assist algorithm development team with system data for issue identifications.
· Understand and configure using Vector tools(CAN), Communication protocols(ROS2 DDS, MQTT, UDP), and testing platforms (Matlab, dSpace and other inhouse tools)
· Coordinates with cross functional teams to establish testing timeline, perform evaluation, analysis, bug identification and fix as per requirements.
· Familiarity with sensor technologies including radar, lidar, and cameras is essential.
Required Skills and Experience
· Proficient in the use of Matlab Simulink, CAN tools (CaNoE, Vehicle Spy etc.)
· Minimum 2 years of experience of rapid prototyping systems (Specifically dSPACE products).
· Minimum 2 years of experience of Software C, embedded C, C++, Python & JavaScript.
· Industry or academic experience with OBD (On Board Diagnostic) and CAN (Controller Area Network) tools for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and testing.
· Experience with embedded systems (Nvidia, AMD, etc.) in development & integration.
· Experience working on Network programming, logging tools and management.
· Proficient with communication protocols (MQTT, ROS2 DDS, UDP), API integration testing & cloud data logging
