They will be responsible for analyzing a process/process model/function and providing a fresh perspective. You will discover the most suitable solutions, whether it is proposing a new IT system or implementing a full strategic plan.
- Is an expert in matters concerning their BFSI (Banking, Insurance processes).
- Excellent skill in identifying the cause of problems and presenting their solutions in a comprehensive and detailed manner.
- The goal is to help businesses be more functional and successful. (Banking / Insurance Processes)
- Identify optimization areas within the process functions and derive cost savings benefit.
- Experience in creating business case and manifestation.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, statistical, and programming skills (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
- Designing and implementing solutions: Develop and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.

- Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
- Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
- Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
