Lead React Developer
Terms: 6+ Month Contract to hire
Location: Orlando, FL - 32804
Work schedule details: Hybrid (4 days onsite)

Position Overview (full JD in Files):
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with deep expertise in both React.js and React Native to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, contribute directly to codebases, and collaborate across design, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless cross-platform user experiences
Top Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in Web/Mobile App development using React
- 3+ years of experience working with React Native
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, Context API, and component-based architecture.
- Experience in building responsive UIs and cross-platform components
- Proficient in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and working in Agile environment
Desired Additional Skills
• Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, or Native Modules.
• Knowledge of App Store/Play Store submission processes and handling push notifications.
• Exposure to DevOps practices or mobile monitoring tools like Firebase, Sentry, or AppCenter.
