Roles and Responsibilities:
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into PLM system configurations and customizations.
· Lead system integration initiatives between PLM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and user manuals.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM systems.
· Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
· Provide end-user support and training on PLM functionalities and best practices.
· Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
· Stay updated with the latest PLM technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· 15+ years of Proven experience in implementing and managing PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter)
· Strong understanding of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle processes.
· 2+ year of Hands-on experience with PLM system configuration, customization, and scripting.
· Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware) and experience with ERP systems.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Worked with Siemens Teamcenter, and any certification.
· Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
· Familiarity with cloud-based PLM solutions.
