Understanding of Microsoft Licensing
Proven background in Administration of targeted technologies
Proven Troubleshooting skills

Ability to document technical processes
Ability to work with end users to resolve their issue in a timely
manager
Professional work ethic
Ability to work after hours as needed



Specific Skills:

Windows Server OS Support (2012-current)
DNS/DHCP
Understanding of CVE's
Simple SSO Queries/Changes
Ability to follow complex technical "Methods and Procedures"
documents
Familiarity with ECM, Azure Identity, Basic GPO, Basic SCOM
Knowledge of forensic tools such as AD-Audit/ELK is a plus
