Must-Have Skills:

10+ years of overall development experience with 5+ years in
React.js and 3+ years in React Native.
Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, Context API,
and component-based architecture.
Solid experience with mobile development lifecycles, performance
tuning, and publishing apps to the App Store/Play Store.
Experience in building responsive UIs and cross-platform components.
Strong grasp of REST APIs, debugging tools, and asynchronous
programming.
Unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, React Testing
Library, or Detox.
Proficient in using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and working in Agile
environments.



Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL, or Native Modules.
Knowledge of App Store/Play Store submission processes and handling
push notifications.
Exposure to DevOps practices or mobile monitoring tools like
Firebase, Sentry, or AppCenter.



Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with deep expertise in both
React.js and React Native to drive the architecture, development, and
delivery of modern web and mobile applications. In this role, you will
lead a team of engineers, contribute directly to codebases, and
collaborate across design, product, and backend teams to deliver
seamless cross-platform user experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end front-end and mobile development using React.js and
React Native.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions for
web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product
managers, designers, and backend engineers.
Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, architectural
discussions, and technical decisions.
Drive and enforce front-end and mobile coding standards, performance
optimization, and best practices.
Own sprint planning, technical estimation, and delivery timelines
for front-end and mobile scope.
Stay current with front-end/mobile trends and recommend innovations
to improve product quality and team efficiency.
