Solution Delivery Lead
Terms: 12+ month contract
Location: Local to Plano TX or Chesapeake VA
Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite week)

Position Overview:
They are seeking a solution delivery lead to help develop integrations using Oracle integration cloud, python, java, PL/SQL. Lead a team of developers to build and deliver solutions. Help plan resources, provide effort estimates. Design, develop and support integration solutions using Oracle integration cloud(OIC) , Python, Java, PL/SQL. Work with cloud engineering staff, develop team members, and implement best practices and procedures. Optimize cloud integration designs for optimal performance, reduced cost, and security standards. Help implement automation tools and processes for integration solutions. Collaborate with other teams to ensure standards are maintained. Maintaining documentation on integrations and help support teams' knowledge on the integrations built.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in a leading a team of 5+ members(onsite/offshore), delivering solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in designing, deploying, and supporting integrations on Oracle integration cloud (OIC) or Java or Python or PL/SQL required.
- Expertise in writing SQL required.
- 3+ years' experience in writing integrations from various sources/destinations like databases, files, message queues, APIs required.
- Knowledge of services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery type technologies
Nice to Have:
- Retail experience is a plus
GCP or OCI certifications is a plus
