Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Copado Administrator to support our Salesforce DevOps processes and manage the Copado deployment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce administration, strong expertise in Copado, and hands-on experience in CI/CD processes. You will collaborate with developers, release managers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the Copado DevOps platform within a Salesforce environment.
- Set up and maintain Copado pipelines, user access, environments, and metadata deployments.
- Automate release and deployment processes using Copado best practices.
- Monitor deployment status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
- Manage version control integrations (e.g., Git) and maintain change tracking and audit logs.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to coordinate deployments and ensure alignment with sprint goals.
- Enforce governance policies, permissions, and deployment strategies in Copado.
- Train and support development and QA teams in Copado usage and processes.
- Identify opportunities to optimize CI/CD workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
