Locations: 100% Remote
Job type: Contract



Need a Lead-10+ years Candidates only


PST/ MST based candidates only (Need flexibility with hours to sync with
the offshore team)



Requirement:

Top skills required: insurance industry knowledge and expertise in
SQL.
Skills – Informatica, Snowflake DB, Data Testing, Expertise in SQL,
QA Processes, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
skills
Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies,
plans, and scenarios for ETL processes. Prepare detailed test plans and
test cases based on requirements and design documents
Test Execution: Execute test cases, validate ETL processes, and
ensure data accuracy and integrity. Perform functional, integration,
regression, system, and user acceptance testing
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Work
closely with development teams to resolve issues and ensure timely
delivery of high-quality ETL processes
Status Reporting: Generate and present test reports, metrics, and
status updates to stakeholders.
Insurance industry experience is a "huge plus point."
They should know how to write SQL, as it is "extremely important"
for writing validation queries on Snowflake to validate data
transformations.
They need to interpret functional requirements with the BA and
translate them into test scenarios.
They will be dealing with numbers and reconciliation, comparing data
with production and lower environments.
They should be good at writing queries based on specific attributes
like state and coverage code
